Message from the President

Parker College of Chiropractic is a truly exceptional institution of higher learning with a reputation for academic excellence, leadership, innovation, and community.

Over the past 26 years, Parker College has emerged as an international leader in health care education and as an innovator of chiropractic wellness care. Our success is built upon a foundation established by our founder, the late chiropractic visionary Dr. James W. Parker, whose principles and teachings continue to influence us today.

At Parker College, we are fully committed to providing an educational experience that transcends the classroom and cultivates an environment for students to excel. Parker is well known for the strength of its curriculum—one that prepares students to be superior doctors, successful business leaders, and influential members of their communities.

Nearly 1,000 students from all over the United States, Canada, and 22 countries abroad attend classes at our beautiful campus in Dallas, Texas, which has all the amenities, technologies, and resources to help student reach their full potential. The surrounding Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex is a unique environment that blends all the convenience and excitement of a big city with the southern hospitality and friendliness of a tight-knit community, allowing students to grow personally and professionally during and after their time at Parker. Our talented and decorated faculty provides students with an array of expertise in all fields of health, ensuring they will be well prepared to deliver a full spectrum of services to their patients. Parker students are highly involved in our hands-on clinical experience, studying more than nine techniques throughout their time at Parker and perfecting their skills during a senior-level clinic internship in Dallas, or if they choose, through our clinic abroad program.

Parker College stands apart in many other ways, too, through various ventures aimed at expanding the influence of chiropractic around the globe. Parker Seminars hosts the premier and largest educational seminars for chiropractic professionals anywhere in the world and feature internationally recognized speakers presenting topics from chiropractic technique and business practices to health, wellness, philosophy, and success principles. The world-renowned Parker College of Chiropractic Research Institute has developed one of the strongest research programs within the chiropractic profession and continues to evolve into a nationally recognized health research center, collaborating with some of the top universities in the world.

Parker’s Continuing Education courses provide quality education that allows attendees to apply their new skills into their scope of practice and deliver superior healing to their patients, while also fulfilling state requirements for practitioners. And the Parker College Chiropractic Wellness Clinics provide a continuing and increasing level of service to the community for patients seeking chiropractic care and assist Parker student interns in developing, refining, and perfecting the expected skills they will need as primary health care providers.
