Clinic Doctors

Clinic faculty instructors are licensed doctors of chiropractic who oversee and assist with the patient care provided by the college interns. These clinic doctors ensure that the interns provide the very best of chiropractic care to their patients.

Harold Brinkley, D.C.                                       
Upon graduating from Parker College in 1988, Dr. Brinkley entered private practice for six years. He then left private practice to impart his knowledge and experience to student's intent on becoming chiropractors for the last 12 years. Dr. Brinkley is a third generation chiropractor whose great grandfather graduated from Texas Chiropractic College San Antonio. Dr. Brinkley is recipient of various awards: Dean of Clinics' Clinic Outstanding Service Award for Duty Above and Beyond; President's Appreciation Certificate for Excellence during SACS visitation; Dean of Clinics' Clinical Commendation, Special Recognition and Appreciation for personal interaction and assistance to the Health Care Center January 2003; Student Body, Outstanding Staff Doctor Award August 2001 and 2003; Clinic Faculty of the Year Award August 2004. 

Charlotte D. Burgess, A.A., A.S., B.S., D.C.
Dr. Burgess graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in 2002 and went into private practice in Denton, TX.  She maintains her practice in Denton part-time along with teaching and being a clinic faculty doctor in the Student Chiropractic Wellness Clinic at Parker College of Chiropractic.  Dr. Burgess decided to join the Parker family in order to touch the lives of many people through the training she gives to her students and interns. 

Paul E. Collett, B.S., D.C.
While a student, Dr. Collett worked in an upper cervical doctor's office in Atlanta to gain experience with patient care, x-ray reading, and adjusting skills. After graduating from Life University in 1999, Dr. Collett performed a six month internship with an upper cervical practice in St. Petersburg, FL. Upon earning his Florida chiropractic license, he opened a private practice in Melbourne, FL, in 2000. After six years, Dr. Collett sold his practice and to join Parker College as an instructor.

Gary J. Erler, D.C.
A 1994 Graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic, Dr. Erler enjoyed caring for his patients while in private practice. He has been with Parker College as an Assistant Professor in the Chiropractic Wellness Clinics since 2004. A native of Minnesota, Dr. Erler became a chiropractor because of his desire to help people.

Joseph Goodman, D.C.
Dr. Goodman received his B.S. degree in chemistry from the University of Texas at Arlington. He attended one year post graduate school at the University of Texas at Denton where he additionally taught chemistry laboratory courses. He then earned his doctor of chiropractic degree in 1984 from Texas Chiropractic College. Dr. Goodman was in private practice until coming to Parker College of Chiropractic in 1996. He has co-authored numerous articles on aspects chiropractic health care that vary from nutritional therapies to industrial safety.

Frances Green, D.C.
Dr. Frances Green graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in 1992. She was in private practice in Irving, TX, for five years before joining Parker over 10 years ago.

Jim Johnston, B.S., D.C.
Dr. Johnston received his B.S. degree in Health and Physical Education with an emphasis in sports medicine and exercise physiology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in the department of education in 1982. He received his doctor of chiropractic degree from Parker College in 1986, was in private practice for eighteen years in Arlington, TX, and maintained additional clinics in the area. He received his CCST (Certified Chiropractor in Spinal Trauma) from Western States Chiropractic College in 1986. In addition, he has extensive postgraduate training in CBP technique (Chiropractic Biophysics) and ART (Active Release Technique).

Ali  Kamyab, D.C.
Dr. Kamyab received an Associate Degree in Nuclear Medicine in 1972 in Iran and worked at the hospital there for five years. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Radiology from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA, in 1984, he worked at Schumpert Medical Center in Shreveport. In January, 1992, he graduated as a doctor of chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic. He then opened his own clinic in Oklahoma and practiced for four years.

Eric Kibodeaux, D.C.
Dr. Kibodeaux did his undergraduate work in Louisiana and received his D.C. degree from Parker College of Chiropractic in 1996.  He was in private practice for eight years before coming to Parker College and simultaneously runs his office while working as a clinic doctor. 

Daniel, Kurth, D.C.
Dr. Kurth grew up on a farm in northwest Iowa and discovered chiropractic after being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at 25 years of age.  After rounds of medical tests, and faced with a prognosis that was not promising, he visited a chiropractor and achieved positive results. At the suggestion of his chiropractor, he enrolled in chiropractic school and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in December of 1989.  After graduation, he and his family moved to Colorado where he was an associate doctor in a high volume personal injury clinic. Later he moved back to Iowa and took over a chiropractic practice in a small town. In 1997, Dr. Kurth began teaching at Parker College of Chiropractic as a clinic doctor in the Student Chiropractic Wellness Clinic.  He has also been an instructor in the Gonstead and Diversified labs.  He has been active on several different committees and is currently on the Commission on Curriculum and Grades Committee. Dr. Kurth currently serves as Clinic Director of Parker College's Irving Chiropractic Wellness Clinic.

Troy H. Liming, B.S., D.C.
The influence for Dr. Liming becoming a chiropractor was "My high school track coach sent me to a chiropractor for an injury that had nagged me all season long.  I saw him three times, and I was back competing beyond my previous abilities. I also have a cousin who is a chiropractor in Wisconsin who gave me the ability to witness first hand his success with patients." Dr. Liming, a graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic, joined the Parker team in 2004.

Bruce Mark, B.A., D.C.
Upon graduating from Logan College in 1997, Dr. Mark was an associate in a high volume practice in Miami, FL, for two years. He then left this position to go into private practice on his own for six years. He now has joined the rank of instructors in the outpatient clinic for Parker College of Chiropractic where he is imparting his knowledge and experience to students intent on becoming chiropractors. Dr. Mark is a member of Texas Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Association and Florida Chiropractic Association. He is licensed in Texas, Florida and New York.

Gregory Page, D.C., CCCN, DACNB
A 1989 graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic, Dr. Greg Page currently serves as Clinic Director of Parker College's Dallas Chiropractic Wellness Clinic. He is a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board and holds a certification in electro diagnostic testing. Dr. Page was recruited to perform a critical review of the textbook Myelopathy, Radiculopathy and Peripheral Entrapment Syndromes. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Chiropractic Association and the Colorado Chiropractic Association focusing on chiropractic legislative issues.

Eric Pearce, D.C.
Dr. Pearce graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in 2000.  He entered private practice in the fall of 2000 and practiced for five years.  In his practice, he has seen a variety of personal injuries, workers compensation, and health insurance patients.  He is an active member of the American Chiropractic Association.  "I am much honored to come back home to Parker College of Chiropractic and help interns on their journey to become great Doctors."

Paula Shaff, B.S., D.C.
Dr. Shaff graduated from Life Chiropractic College in 1990. She has been teaching the students at Parker College of Chiropractic for nine years.

Leon Tom, B.S., D.C., CCSP, DAAPM
Dr. Tom was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. He obtained his B.Sc. in Mathematics in 1995 from McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada. He graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in 1999 and served the community of North Texas for six years before joining the Parker faculty in 2005, where he holds the position of clinic doctor as an assistant professor of clinics. Dr. Tom has been performing independent medical exams (IME) since 2001 and is certified in the assignment of impairment ratings. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, is certified in acupuncture, and also obtained a diplomate from the American Academy of Pain Management.

David G.  Walters, D.C., DACRB
David Walters, DC, DACRB, received his doctorate of chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic.  He completed 10 years of dedicated service to Parker College in September of 2005.  He is currently ranked as a Professor of Clinics.  Dr. Walters has also received his diplomate in chiropractic rehabilitation. He is currently serving as a pod director at the Dallas Chiropractic Wellness Clinics.
He is an active member of the American Chiropractic Association, Texas Chiropractic Association, and American Chiropractic College of Rehabilitative Science.

Jeffrey J. Wilson, D.C.
Dr. Wilson received his doctor of chiropractic degree in 1984 from Life Chiropractic College. He began working at Parker College of Chiropractic in 1991. His father was a chiropractor in the fifties along with Dr. Wilson's aunt. At one time there were nine chiropractors in his family!
