Lifetime Member Challenge

In 2008 we are inviting you to join your fellow
lifetime members in a little friendly competition.
The winner will receive an elevation table valued over $5800!

Flexion Elevation Table 

To sign up for the competition, complete the Lifetime Member Challenge Form PDF .  Once received by the office of alumni relations, a competition packet will be mailed to you.  You can begin accumulating points when your competition packet arrives!

Challenge Details and Rules
The challenge objective is to increase participation in the alumni association while motivating you to network with others. Participants of the challenge will be contacting fellow alumni and associates in an effort to continue relationship building for the intrinsic well-being of making the Parker Alumni Association the strongest in the nation.

Who to Contact
To help you get started, we will mail you a list of Parker alumni to call based on the desired group you checked on your submitted challenge form.
Reminder:  Anyone who is interested in supporting the college can join the Parker Alumni Association.  Ask your fellow DCs, staff, CAs, patients, neighbors, family, and friends.

Point System

  • Ten (10) points will be awarded to a contest participant for each annual membership that is returned to the office of alumni relations.
  • Twenty-five (25) points will be awarded to a contest participant for each lifetime membership that is returned to the office of alumni relations.

How Points Will be Tracked

  • We will mail you a membership dues form with your name on it (bottom right hand corner of dues form) so we can regulate the challenge fairly. Points will be awarded to you if this membership form is returned to the office of alumni relations prior to the end of the competition.  Make copies!
  • All participants in this challenge must use the membership form in order to receive points. No exceptions to this rule.

Length of Competition

  • Begins February 1, 2008. Ends August 1, 2008.
  • Points may not be awarded for memberships received after August 1, 2008.
  • Prize winner will be announced at Parker Seminar Dallas September 25-27, 2008.
  • Participants of the challenge do not have to attend the Parker Seminar Dallas in order to claim their prize

Selecting the Winner

  • The lifetime member with the highest number of points will be awarded the prize.  In the event of a tie, the names of each lifetime member will be placed in a hat and drawn at a general session at Parker Seminar Dallas 2008.
  • The prize will only be awarded to a lifetime member who has paid-in-full for his/her membership. If the winner has not paid in full, the prize will be delivered after a full payment has been completed.
