Trunk Massage Therapy CE Program Information

Chronic pain in the low back affects nearly 80 percent of adults. Trunk Massage Therapy CE course participants will gain confidence in working with clients that have chronic low back and upper back pain. This Trunk Massage Therapy CE session will focus on how to address the deep psoas major, transverse abdominis, internal obliques, multifidi, and many other “big rocks.” The often ignored or simply misunderstood muscles that make up the “core” and are huge contributors to back, shoulder, hip, and foot pain. Participants will leave with a new thought process, a renewed confidence, and a deeper understanding of the “core,” the crossroads of human function.
