The Shoulder Girdle

Register

Program Information

In order for the shoulder to function efficiently, four joints and twenty muscles have to work in harmony. How important is the clavicle to optimum function, and is the rotator cuff overrated? Participants learn how to address the levator scapula, pectoralis minor, serratus anterior, trapezius and many other “big rocks”. Participants leave with a new thought process, a renewed confidence and a deeper understanding of the very mobile and often unstable shoulder.
