The Hip

Program Information

This session focuses on the tri-plane hip and the muscles that consistently play the biggest role in chronic low back pain, hip, knee, and foot pain. Participants gain a greater understanding of the hips' full potential. This class focuses on how to address the gluteus maximus, gluteus minimus, ilacus, tfl, vastus laterlis, and many other “big rocks." A hip that isn’t functioning properly is a huge contributor to many common orthopedic conditions above and below the level of the hip. Is the tiny piriformis overrated, and is plantar fasciitis really a problem with the foot? Participants will leave with a new thought process, a renewed confidence and effective strategies to work with the tri-plane power potential of the hip.
