How To Apply

Step 1: Apply Online & Submit Official Transcripts

  • Apply online Application Fee Waived
  • Short essay is required at end of application.
  • The application fee of $50 can be paid with credit card online or request to pay by check.
  • Send official transcripts from each college and university attended to Parker Office of Admissions.

Step 2:  Evaluation of Academic Eligibility

  • Parker Office of Admissions reviews the application and transcripts.
  • Parker Office of Admissions contacts student for acceptance.

Step 3:  Letters of Recommendation 

  • Three (3) recommendation forms PDF are required (one from a doctor of chiropractic preferred).
  • Letters may be submitted in letter format or using the example forms PDF.

Step 4:  Apply for Financial Aid
