All copy is accepted for publication entirely upon the representation that the agency or advertiser is properly authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. In consideration of the publication of the Professional Opportunities Notice, the advertiser and/or agency will fully hold harmless and will fully indemnify Parker College of Chiropractic, all affiliated entities, and their trustees, agents and employees from and against any and all claims and suits, including but not limited to, libel, defamation, violation of privacy, plagiarism and copyright infringement.

Parker College reserves the right to reject or cancel any notice for any reason at any time.

Because Parker College is providing these notices as a free service, agency and/or advertiser agrees that Parker College shall not have any liability arising from or related to any advertising. Specifically, Parker College will not be liable for any lost profits or revenue, special, incidental consequential, indirect or punitive damages, even if Parker College has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The agency and advertiser agree not to make any promotional or merchandising reference to Parker College of Chiropractic.

Advertisements may not be deceptive or misleading. All advertisements must be non-discriminatory and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Wording which classifies employment applicants on the basis of legally prohibited categories (e.g. race, sex, age, etc.) is generally not acceptable.

Advertisements will not be accepted if they are offensive in either text or artwork, or contain attacks or derogations of a personal, racial, sexual, or a religious nature, or are demeaning or discriminatory toward an individual or group on the basis of age, sex, race, ethnicity, religion, physical appearance, or disability.
